Custom built-in Master Closets are a specialty and are custom built to your asking.

All pantry's, library's, closets and media center shelves are built with solid 3/4" shelving material and faced with a 1 X 2 solid face for added strength and beauty.

We typically use the same paint as your door and baseboard trim, unless a different color is desired. You can save money by painting yourself. We will still prep everything for you (caulking, nail holes filled, smooth sanding, etc...)

We call these "Book Case Built-In" style shelving systems, that not only add beauty and value to your home but are very solid and reliable.

90% of our builds include a built-in "Base" that acts as a shelf. We remove your existing baseboard, build the base, add a nice rounded or square edge, and reuse your original baseboard. The photo shows the detail before the final painting.

All of the existing carpet is cut out before the bases are attached to the floor. Your carpet is then re-stretched and put back perfectly in place.

We use the same paint as your existing trim color, unless a different color is specified. We computer match your existing paint perfectly.

Master Closets

In general, our pricing is between the low cost do it yourself hanging systems ($1200) available at your local home improvement store and the very high end "closet companies" ($6000 +)

Our objective is to build you your dream closet for an affordable price, while utilizing every square inch available.

Master Closets with an average size of 8 X 8 and larger, start at $2800. This includes any amount of long hanging and short hanging units (boxes). This price also includes up to 2, clothing/shoe "stacks"that usually go from the base of the floor to the top shelf, which is usually around 7' tall.

We also include a wrap around base that all of our builds start with.

A complete wrap around top shelf is also included with every master closet build for extra storage. We can accommodate corner shelves, "L" shaped shelves and just about any other unique custom addition you ask for at a minimal cost.

Pricing also includes your choice of white metal or nickel finished metal clothes rods. All painting is included with our high quality hand painted finish.

We work with you for a free design and most Master Closet builds take less than 2 days to complete.

Small / Kids Closets

These closet builds are very popular, as they are the right balance of clothing shelves and hanging space. Included is a large built in base, a top shelf that stretches horizontally the length of the closet, a center clothing/shoe "stack" and any number of desired closet rods. Complete hand painting finishes off these display like closets.

The middle hanging rods are designed to be removed by pulling up on them. This gives you a long hanging area as long as the middle shelves (above the middle hanging rods) are eliminated during the build.

A majority of our customers do not have us install the middle shelves as they are more of a cosmetic feature.

Your current sliding doors can be removed and stored for later use, as we leave the hidden upper track in place to easily hang the doors when needed. The center stack shelves are 15" deep which gives you plenty of access to them even with the doors kept on. Total price for these closets are $1000.

Pantry's

Solid wood shelving in a pantry is a must. The current wire shelving systems used by the new home builders are not only unpractical, but they are in some aspects dangerous, as they do not support much weight and have a terrible fastening system to the wall......if you have small kids, please be cautious of these systems.

Prices for pantry's start at $1000.

We include up to 6 solid wood shelves, spaced at any depth you wish. All built with a solid 1X2 facing for added support. Every joint is glued and center wall hugging supports are installed for a lifetime of durability....includes full hand painting and all hardware installed.

There are many custom add ons that you can request such as broom closet's, mini mudroom coat hanging area, Appliance shelves and cookie sheet holders as pictured above....

Library / Media Walls

As the popularity of these custom built-in walls grow, and every build is a different design and size, its hard to have a firm price.

In general a small sized library wall could start as little as $1500 and the larger wall units with base cabinets, wine glass holders and multiple cubbie units, all customized to your needs could start at around $3500. Please inquire for a free estimate .

Mudrooms

These are perhaps our most "useful" and beneficial build for homeowners. There is a place for everything.

We can build these on a free standing open wall, typically an entrance wall or these can be built into an existing closet with sliding doors.

We have built many of these in small entry closets where there is a small door that opens to the inside. We simply "blow-out" or carefully open up the entire wall area and build in the mudroom. Opening up a closet wall does NOT interfere with any structural integrity of your home.

These are priced for a basic 6' mudroom around $1000.

Larger mudrooms and/or corner mudrooms are priced higher, as well as the mudrooms where we turn a closet into an open mudroom.

All mudrooms receive a top horizontal cubbie stack that have openings of about 13"X13" . The bottom cubbies are also designed as a bottom bench seat with multiple shoe storage underneath. All mudrooms come with ample 1x6 and 1x8 horizontal/vertical wood accents that allow any number of hooks to be attached to.

The above picture was a smaller closet which we opened up to allow for a versatile hanging and coat hook environment along with all the basic cubbies for storage and seating.
